The hotel was amazing and exceeds our expectations. But I have to mention, the hotel front desk Carl Tian, who was incredibly helpful and kind—always courteous and ready to address our needs. Everyone in the group agreed that he was very friendly and made our stay in Shenzhen so much smoother.

Big, modern and spacious rooms, conveniently located in the Nanshan area with easy access to restaurants and transportation. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, which helped ensure a pleasant stay in Shenzhen.

Excellent services and the hotel was very welcoming! The room was amazing too, from Le Labo branded toiletries to comfy bed, there’s nothing I don’t love about this hotel.

The room was even more beautiful in person than what you see in photos. The bed was big and extremely comfortable and the bathtub was great. The staff were very kind and went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. I appreciate all of their efforts immensely!

Room is big and new, bed is very comfortable, love the automatic toilet! Staff was very friendly, and breakfast were delicious.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention to Crystal Li who has always been helping us sorting out a couple of matters and calling a taxi for us. Very large and clean room.
